We direct bill to many insurance providers; however, not every individual plan permits direct billing. Some plans require the member to submit their own claim, while others may require a physician's referral or have deductibles, co-payments, or annual maximums. We recommend checking your individual coverage before your appointment.

If your plan covers the full cost of treatment, you may not have any out-of-pocket expense. If your plan has a deductible, co-payment, or reaches its annual maximum, any remaining balance is the client's responsibility.
